Obama's hostility to Israel is now undeniable, she writes. Agreed. I've tried to give him a chance and look for signs that he's softening. His recent behavior leaves no further doubt. Some of his words in his widely-praised AIPAC speech, which Glick quotes, were actually among his most shocking yet.
And as she goes on to note (and as is not surprising given the widespread unwarranted praise for that speech, as a symptom), the Israeli political opposition and media, and the American Jewish organizational leadership, are siding with--Obama, against Netanyahu, the large majority of Israelis, and the large majority of American Jews. The cravenness and disloyalty are, as Glick puts it, frightening.
